AMSEE was born from a need for stillness. A return to the clear waters and ancient timber of Lake Tegernsee. We do not design for the noise of the world. We create permanent silhouettes - bodysuits made with uncompromising discipline in form and fabric. For the studio, and the spaces where you finally exhale.
Between worlds
We spent several years living in large cities like New York and London — places full of energy, ambition, and constant motion. While deeply inspiring, they also made us aware of the need for balance.
Frequently returning to the quiet of the Bavarian lakeside, to Tegernsee, reshaped the way we think about movement, rhythm, and wellbeing. Nature, stillness, and a slower pace became essential — not as an escape, but to counterbalance our lives.
AMSEE grew out of this contrast between city and nature, intensity and calm and the deep peace that grows out of being in the presence of beauty.

Made with intention
All AMSEE pieces are made entirely in Germany, using carefully selected fabrics and small-batch production. We value quality, longevity, and responsibility, and we believe these choices are felt — on the body and beyond.
